ABOUT
Sarah Farina grew up immersed in the woods of South Jersey. She has spent countless hours ankle deep in riverbeds turning over rocks searching for newts and following white tailed deer through winding bends of mountain laurel. As an East Coast artist, she often finds inspiration all around her.

In 2022, she graduated from Moore College of Art & Design with a BFA in Illustration. Sarah is interested in exploring an intersection between illustration and design, recognizable by it's incorporation of rough texture, rich contrast between subjects, and saturated palettes. Often blending digital and traditional mediums, she seeks to capture the rawness of her subject which oscillates between animals and people.

Alongside her art, Sarah alternates spending her time road running until her feet start to blister, dabbling in film photography with her trusty ol'Pentax Spotmatic, and taking long ambling walks with her giantess dog Skadi while listening to podcasts.
